The Best Practices in Social Marketing series aims to share learning from CARISMA with other regional and international social marketing organisations (SMOs), and their partners in government and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). This study focuses on the experiences of PSI/Dominican Republic (PSI/DR), for whom NGOs are the cornerstone of their successful condom distribution and behaviour change communication (BCC) programme.
